This Days Inn is located on Mount Desert Island, so we have only one (1) way in and out and that is Route 3. | My friend and I were traveling to Bar Harbor and stayed most nights at the Highbrook Motel -- much better & much cheaper. Unfortunately, they were booked for the night we planned to arrive, so we stayed at the Days Inn. Thank God it was only for one night. The A/C didn't work, the room smelled, and it wasn't very clean. We actually slept with the lights on in fear of what might come crawling out during the night! Don't stay here. Go to the Highbrook instead! |
